In the event of a market cancellation, you will be able to reschedule your date. Refund Exemption requests must be submitted, processed, and approved by market management. Market management reserves the right to deny refund requests for any reason. If the COVID-19 pandemic affects the market, your (remaining) fees will be refunded.

Vendor Slot Fees

$50.00 per pop-up date - includes one space.

$25.00 per additional space needed.

One space is a 10’ x 10’ slot.

Food trucks count as a single slot.

We limit the number of vendors in the same category to reduce product overlap and vendor “competition.” Our goal is not to bring in as many vendors as possible, but to have a diverse market in which each vendor offers something different (and unique!). We want all of our vendors to be successful and become a part of the growing Maplelawn Community.

If you are accepted as a pop-up vendor, you are REQUIRED to pre-pay for your slot(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!
